WHAT DOES YOUR FULL LLAMA EXPERIENCE PACKAGE INCLUDE?
The lla-mazing bar experience of your wedding dreams! With our Full Llama Experience package, we provide everything you need including DMB bartenders, bar planning assistance, a custom framed personalized menu, bar equipment, ice, nice plastic drink ware, coolers, black cocktail napkins, stirrers, garnishes, mixers, and generator. If desired, we will also include basic bar decor including votives, BAR sign and faux greenery. Our Add-On Services include a second hand-crafted wood bar for larger events exceeding 150 guests, custom handmade signage, custom napkins, drink-ware, stirrers and our Cocktail Lounge Experience.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?
We do not include alcohol. Due to licensing restrictions by the State of Michigan, DMB does not provide or sell alcohol and we cannot accept any payment for alcohol, payment must be paid separately by Client. This means you, your venue or your caterer provides the alcohol and we take care of the rest! We are here for you every step of the way from bar planning, to providing a suggested shopping list guide and can even coordinate the purchase with our Llama-rific vendor friend! Coordination of this service will incur an additional 20% service fee of bill reflected upon in your final DMB invoice. Glassware and fresh floral arrangements are not included - we are happy to work with your vendors to achieve the mobile bar experience of your dreams!
WHAT ARE THE LLAMA MEASUREMENTS?
The Llama is pulled or backed into place with a tow vehicle and measures 8ft 2in tall, 9ft wide, and 7ft 4in long, and weighing nearly 2,500 pounds - clearance to and from our final destination is extremely important. The Llama CANNOT be pushed or pulled into place, it must be moved by the tow vehicle. In the event DMB determines that it is unsafe or unable to place the trailer at the specified location, DMB reserves the right to park the trailer in a more suitable and safe location at the event. If you plan to place The Llama inside a tent, we must approve the tent measurements prior to booking. She will need to be on a flat surface and we recommend 8-10 ft in front of the trailer for serving guests. The Llama requires a 120v standard plug reachable by out extension cords to give her power or a generator will be required.
DO YOU HAVE A HOURLY MINIMUM?
Although we love a good cocktail hour, our minimum beverage service time is 3 hours and in addition to 2 hours of setup + 1 hour breakdown.
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR POWER?
She needs access to a standard 120V outlet and we will provide our own extension cords. If there is no access to an outlet we will bring a generator at no additional cost.
WHAT IS THE LITTLE LLAMA ADDITIONAL BAR?
A smaller portable custom-made wood bar and a perfect match with The Llama! She is available as a second bar rental for larger events exceeding 150 guests.
I’M INTERESTED IN THE COCKTAIL LOUNGE - WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Up to six chairs and black table placed near The Llama - the perfect gathering place for chatting with friends or even a photo op!
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
Events outside of a 30 mile driving range from 48036 will incur an additional fee of $2/ mile. We currently travel up to 50 miles from 48036.
WHAT SIZE KEGS WILL FIT INSIDE THE FULL BAR FRIDGE?
The bar fridge has two taps and can hold up to two half barrel kegs. Want to kick it up a notch with a fun keg cocktail? We will provide the cocktail keg at no additional cost when booking The Llama Experience package!
IS THERE A BAD WEATHER PLAN?
Let’s be honest, Michigan weather is unpredictable! Due to our advanced booking model, we cannot predict rain or bad weather dates. In the event rain or bad weather is projected for your outdoor event, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our bar services . Tents must be more than 9ft tall for our mobile bar to fit inside.
